Overview
Terry Thomson is a member of the Financial Services group. Terry’s practice is concentrated on representing financial institutions with respect to hedges and other derivative products, and representing banks, as well as other lending and leasing companies, with equipment finance transactions. Terry has advised financial institutions regarding treatment of derivative products in various single-investor and syndicated credit facilities, and documenting and implementing derivative and exchange traded transactions such as financial and physical commodity transactions, FX swaps, interest rate swaps, forwards, and futures. He also has significant experience with a variety of lending and leasing transactions involving corporate aircraft, rail equipment, and other equipment.
