  • Represented administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with $3.35 billion in unsecured credit facilities for an agronomy, grain, and energy company in 2019, which involved both commercial banks and the U.S. Farm Credit System
  • Represented administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $900 million secured, multicurrency credit facility for a cloud computing provider in 2020
  • Represented insurance company and investment adviser in connection with a $39 million mezzanine financing for a foodservice company in 2019
  • Represented issuer in connection with a $225 million secured bond facility for a farmland investment company in 2020
  • Represented administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with $1.2 billion in unsecured credit facilities for a global forest company in 2020 and also advised on the assumption and redocumentation of a $45 million secured credit facility of an acquisition target
