Schools, Bloomfield Author Article for NCBA Newsletter

Litigation Members Scott Schools and Neil Bloomfield have co-written an article for the North Carolina Bar Association's June newsletter entitled "Compliance Plans: The Ounce of Prevention that Avoids the Pound of Cure." The article "explores the elements of an effective compliance plan based in part on available guidance from regulators, law enforcement, and the United States Sentencing Guidelines, will discuss the pros and cons of self-disclosure when violations do occur."
