Taylor Published in Charlotte Business Journal

Senior Counsel Todd Taylor was published in the Charlotte Business Journal on May 18.  Taylor's article, entitled "U.S. employment woes slow visas for foreign workers," was included in the publication's "2012 Global Charlotte" special report, and discusses benefits and detriments of the nation's various existing visa programs.

"This new restrictive climate poses practical difficulties for American companies.  Many U.S. companies have announced they are going to outsource more work rather than try to bring workers here... American companies will need to remain flexible in deciding how to best staff their technology-support needs," Taylor stated.
