Trudy Robertson Named Co-managing Member of Moore & Van Allen’s Charleston Office

Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA) is pleased to announce that Trudy H. Robertson has been named co-managing member of the firm’s Charleston office. She will share the role with the office’s current managing member, H. Manning Unger. Both Unger and Robertson also serve on the firm’s Management Committee.

Robertson has been with Moore & Van Allen for 22 years and has an active business and commercial litigation practice that emphasizes health care, general corporate, banking, municipal, and litigation issues.  She frequently counsels municipalities, physicians, and other health care providers through transactional matters, regulatory compliance, and disputes. She also successfully handles wide-ranging health care, certificate of need, business, products liability, fiduciary, and banking matters. In addition, Robertson brings significant experience in representing both insurance carriers and policyholders in insurance coverage matters.
 
Robertson earned her B.A. summa cum laude from Columbia College and her J.D. from the University of South Carolina.
