Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Member and Co-head of the Environmental group, Mary Katherine Stukes served as a speaker for the 2021 NCBA Environment, Energy, & Natural Resources Law Section CLE Program that was held on May 13. Mary Katherine spoke on a panel entitled, “Hot Topics” which included presentation on Methane, Waters of the United States, and the National Environmental Policy Act.
This program focused on changes in environmental regulations and evolving trends under a new federal administration and Department of Environmental Quality Secretary. Presenters from private and public law and governmental agencies provided key updates and engaging discussion on relevant topics affecting environmental, energy and natural resources law.
