Todd Taylor serves as panelist for ABA Consumer Financial Services Committee Winter Meeting

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Co-head of Commercial & Technology Transactions and Data Security & Privacy Todd Taylor served as a panelist for the ABA Consumer Financial Services Committee virtual Winter Meeting: Privacy and Data Security Considerations in Vendor Relationships which was held January 20. Todd joined three other panelists to discuss privacy and data security concerns that financial institutions encounter in all phases of vendor management, specifically with cloud services. This panel presented the perspectives of outside counsel, service providers, and financial institutions.
