Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA) is pleased to announce that Member Frank E. Schall has been selected as one of Law360's 2022 “Rising Stars” in the White Collar category.
Law360’s Rising Stars profiles the top legal talent under age 40, recognizing attorneys practicing at a level usually seen from veteran attorneys.
“We congratulate Frank on this prestigious honor of being named among Law360’s top young attorneys in the white-collar practice area,” said John Fagg, Co-head of MVA’s White Collar, Regulatory Defense & Investigations practice. “Knowledgeable beyond his years, Frank is a leader in white-collar defense matters and has earned his stellar reputation as a go-to resource for his clients and colleagues for white collar defense, civil enforcement, and internal investigations matters.”

In his white-collar practice, he defends individuals in state and federal criminal court trials and appeals. He also consults on merger and acquisition matters regarding FCPA and CFIUS related concerns.
