Cowden Rayburn recipient of the November Pro Bono Monthly Award

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Corporate Associate Cowden Rayburn was recognized by The MVA Public Service Committee for his contributions within the community and his outstanding commitment to service. Cowden has been helpful in presenting to the Boost Pad cohort over the past several months. These sessions cover a broad range of legal topics of interest to entrepreneurs including entity formation, employment law, and other small business best practices. He has done a wonderful job not only providing substantive content to the attendees but serving as great representatives of both the firm and Charlotte Legal Initiative to Mobilize Businesses (CLIMB). Cowden was nominated by the CLIMB leadership team for this recognition, and we are thrilled to celebrate him as the recipient of the November Pro Bono Monthly Award.
