Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Financial Restructuring Member David Wheeler was quoted in the Post and Courier article titled, “SC mortgage rules from last foreclosure crisis fade away,” which was published on May 30.
"It's a repayment plan, essentially. ... If somebody did request that, they had 30 days to try to work something out," said David Wheeler, a financial restructuring and creditors' rights attorney with the Charleston office of Moore & Van Allen.
