Mary Katherine Stukes Elected as Fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Head of Environmental Mary Katherine Stukes has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL). ACOEL is a professional association of distinguished lawyers who practice in the field of environmental law. Membership is by invitation and members are recognized by their peers as preeminent in their field.

Mary Katherine is one of 27 new Fellows across the U.S. elected to membership in the College this year. Each individual in the ACOEL’s Class of 2023 is an environmental lawyer selected for their distinguished experience, high standards of practice, and substantial contributions to the field of environmental law. As a group, the new Fellows hail from 18 states plus the District of Columbia, and have backgrounds in government service, public interest, academia, and private practice.
