Simons represents developers, real estate investment trusts, investors, landlords, and tenants in complex commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint venture formation, large-scale office, industrial and retail leasing, and advising on condominium matters, land planning and real estate components of mergers and acquisitions. He earned his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor of Science (cum laude) from Clemson University (Calhoun Honors College).
