Alli Davidson and Sarah Sheridan presented at the NC Bar Center - 2023 Professionalism CLE

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Litigation Associates Alli Davidson and Sarah Sheridan presented a CLE during the 2023 Professionalism for New Attorneys program at the NC Bar Center in Cary on Wednesday, December 6. Sarah and Alli provided pointers to new attorneys to positively influence their presence in the courts, with a focus on courtroom decorum, attorneys’ obligations of candor towards the tribunal, and Rule 11 sanctions.
