Moore & Van Allen (MVA) German Desk Director Daisy Birtalan spearheaded the USA-Sprechtag at © ICS event “Review: That was the second USA Consultation Day- Individual consultation on law, taxes, market entry & setting up a business” that was held on April 22, in Graz, Austria. She was just one of the individuals on hand to advise and support the participants. The event offered a unique opportunity to benefit directly from experienced experts and to discuss individual projects, challenges, and questions about the complex US market in greater depth. The consulting focus covered a variety of relevant topics, including: Legal and tax framework in the USA, opening a bank account, correct visa for the secondment of employees, location selection, employee search and expat relocation, among other topics.
