Zach Smith Appointed to Steering Committee for ABI “40 Under 40” 2024 Honoree Program

The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) has appointed Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Co-head of Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Zach Smith to the Steering Committee for ABI’s “40 Under 40” 2024 awards program.  The Steering Committee is comprised of twenty-two bankruptcy professionals and judges from around the country, who will select the honorees of ABI’s 2024 “40 Under 40” awards.
