Zach Smith Appointed to Advisory Board for ABI 2025 Southeast Bankruptcy Conference

The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the nation’s largest community of nearly 10,000 bankruptcy professionals, has appointed Bankruptcy & Restructuring Member and Co-team Leader Zach Smith to the Advisory Board for ABI’s annual Southeast Bankruptcy Conference. Held from July 24–27 at the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida, the Southeast Conference is one of the premier bankruptcy and restructuring education and networking events in the Southeast, attended by bankruptcy practitioners and judges from around the country. This past year, Zach also served as a member of ABI’s Steering Committee overseeing the selection of ABI’s 2024 40 Under 40 class, and previously served as Co-chair of ABI’s annual Caribbean Insolvency Symposium.
