Tony Lathrop appointed Chair of NC Board of Transportation

MVA Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics Member Tony Lathrop was appointed by Governor Josh Stein to serve as Chair of the North Carolina Board of Transportation. The Board works with the Secretary of Transportation and North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) staff to make decisions regarding transportation priorities, while also providing oversight of the North Carolina Highway Trust Fund. Tony has served in leadership as a member of the Board since his original appointment by Governor Roy Cooper in 2017.
