Benchmark Litigation Recognizes Moore & Van Allen for Sixth Consecutive Year
Moore & Van Allen was listed as a “recommended” firm for litigation in North Carolina in the 2014 edition of Benchmark Litigation: A Definitive Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys. This marks the sixth consecutive year in which Moore & Van Allen has earned Benchmark’s recommendation.
The publication also recognized the following nine Charlotte Litigation members as “stars” based on client and peer recommendations:

The publication’s rankings and editorials stem from the culmination of a six-month research period where researchers conduct extensive interviews with litigators and their clients to identify the leading litigators and firms. During these interviews, researchers examine recent casework handled by law firms and ask individual litigators to offer their professional opinions on peers. Firms cannot pay to be recommended for the guide. Instead, firms have been independently offered the opportunity to take a professional listing regardless of editorial content.
