Charlotte Real Estate Member Jeff Brown moderated a panel discussion at the Bisnow Charlotte Construction and Development Conference on November 9. Other panel participants included SunCap Property Group CEO and Founding Partner Flint McNaughton, Crescent Communities Managing Director of Multifamily Development Michael Tubridy, and The Spectrum Companies President of Asset Management and Chief Client Officer John Boylan. The panel discussed several of the major trends and themes surrounding the growth of Charlotte, NC and the greater Mecklenburg County.
