Debtwire Invites Smith to Serve as Panelist

Charlotte Bankruptcy Member Zach Smith was invited to participate as a panelist at Debtwire’s Puerto Rico Turnaround breakfast event on June 17 at the Harvard Club of New York City.  The event will consist of two moderator-led panel discussions.  Smith will participate in the “Restructuring Puerto Rico” panel.  Discussion will revolve around restructuring the commonwealth versus its public corporations, will examine recent legislative efforts to appropriate the US bankruptcy code along with ways to enforce New York court rulings in Puerto Rico.  Details can be seen here.
