For the second consecutive year, directors working in Charlotte chose Moore & Van Allen as the best law firm in town in Corporate Board Member magazine's annual survey.

Corporate Board Member magazine annually surveys directors, executives and general counsel of publicly traded companies to see who they would select to help their companies with a broad range of corporate legal matters.  Again, Moore & Van Allen topped the list of who these leading decision-makers in the area would hire.
