Charlotte Land Use and Development Consultant Bridget Grant moderated a panel discussion at #CREfuture on March 7. Panelists including Charlotte City Council Representatives Tariq Bokhari and Larken Egleston, and Rachel Russell Krenz of Ram Realty, discussed drivers of innovation, talent and economic development in Charlotte that matter most to young professionals and the impacts for commercial real estate. The event provided real estate professionals and members of the business and civic community with insight on how commercial real estate should prepare for generational change. #CREfuture is a bi-annual networking event and panel discussion on forward-thinking topics in real estate for future real estate leaders.
