Jones Presented at 51st Annual Heckerling Institute

Charlotte Estate and Wealth Planning Member Chris Jones recently spoke at the 51st Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning in Orlando, Florida.  The Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning is the premier conference for estate planning professionals in the nation.  The presentation entitled, “Nothing Succeeds Like Successful Succession,” was focused on business succession planning for family businesses.  Chris was the only attorney from the Carolinas to speak at this year’s conference.

Additionally, Chris will be speaking on the topic of Business Succession Planning at the North Carolina Bar Association Business Law Section Annual Meeting in Pinehurst, NC on February 17.
