Lathrop Advises on Client Service

Charlotte Litigation Member Tony Lathrop was quoted in Law360 on April 17.  The article, “5 Things You Should Never Do In A Meeting With A Client,” was number one on Law360’s Top 10 Most Read Articles list for the week of April 15. 

Lathrop tells Law360 that his best use is solving problems and advocating for his clients.  “As a metaphorical business partner and colleague, I'm helping them navigate the tough issues or problems ... and working through them and advocating hard when that is appropriate.”  He also notes that when he’s meeting with a client, he never takes out his PDA, so he can give his client complete attention.
