Lathrop Moderates Internal Investigations Panel at Network of Trial Law Firms Seminar

On April 27th, Litigation member Tony Lathrop moderated a panel discussion regarding “Challenges In Global And Domestic Internal Investigations” at the Network of Trial Law Firms CLE Seminar in Scottsdale, Arizona. The panel of in-house and outside counsel addressed challenges facing domestic and international companies, including consideration of whether and how to launch an internal investigation, the development of cost-effective strategies to address privilege issues, confidentiality concerns, and incentives to whistleblowers provided under the Dodd-Frank Act, and strategies to minimize corporate exposure.
