Lathrop Presents at 22nd Annual Festival of Legal Learning

On February 10, 2012, Litigation member Tony Lathrop presented a CLE seminar at the 22nd Annual Festival of Legal Learning sponsored by the UNC School of Law in Chapel Hill, NC.  Lathrop discussed significant developments in federal and North Carolina class action practice in his presentation titled “Rethinking What is Possible Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 23: Class Action Practice in the Aftermath of AT&T Mobility v. Concepcion and other New Developments.”
