Lathrop Published in American Funeral Director

Litigation Member Tony Lathrop co-authored an article entitled "Checks and Balances: Tips for avoiding cremation disputes" in the August issue of American Funeral Director.  In the article, Lathrop discusses several ways funeral homes can reduce their risk of liability particularly where emotions are involved.
