Lathrop Quoted in InsideCounsel

Charlotte Litigation Member Tony Lathrop was quoted in the July 2012 issue of InsideCounsel magazine.  The article in which he was quoted, "6 cases and litigation trends affecting in-house counsel," overviews recent notable court cases and litigation developments that have spurred change within today's corporate law practice, and introduced new challenges to in-house counsel.  Lathrop specifically addresses AT&T Mobility v. Concepcion, a case that was decided more than one year ago, but continues to stir up controversy. 

Lathrop stated that “'in-house counsel’s wheels started turning' after Concepcion.  'They started thinking about revising their agreements wherever they could.'"
