MVA Announces New Members

Moore & Van Allen is pleased to announce five new members.

Rachel W. Coyne practices in the area of corporate taxation, focusing primarily on state and local taxation. 

Robert A. Fisher provides tax advice with respect to business transactions and operations, which include the following:  financial products, including debt and equity offerings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures and real estate transactions.

Michael P. Hebert represents developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate transactions, including land acquisitions and sales, financing development and leasing of office complexes, retail shopping centers and mixed-use developments.

Charles M. Jordan, Jr. practices out of the Charleston office in the area of health care and general business/corporate law. 

Carolyn P. Meade is a member of the firm's Investment Team and brings broad experience to the companies, stockholders, entrepreneurs, institutional investors, private equity groups and sponsors she represents.
