MVA Serves as Legal Counsel to Spice World, Inc.

As announced this week on The PE Hub Network, MVA served as legal counsel to the founders and equity holders of Spice World, Inc., the country’s largest processor and seller of fresh and processed garlic. Spice World supplies garlic and other spices under the Spice World brand and provides those products under private labels to large grocery store chains across the country. The company was sold to private equity fund Palladium Equity Partners LLC. Deloitte Financial Advisors served as the equity holders’ investment banker.

Hal Levinson, Brian Mesibov, Rob Fisher, and Janet Higley were the MVA team on the deal.
