McDowell Participates in CBJ Diversity and Inclusion Panel  

Charlotte Litigation Member and Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee Valecia McDowell recently participated in the Charlotte Business Journal’s Diversity and Inclusion panel, “Beyond the Optics”, on March 23. Panelists discussed how to build or enhance an organization’s diversity initiatives, beginning with key stakeholder commitment and cultural competency assessment, which builds the foundation for an environment that leverages the immense collective potential and talent that directly influence performance.
