Charlotte Privacy and Data Security Member Karin McGinnis was quoted in the April print issue of Tech Digest for LegalTech News.  McGinnis’ commentary titled, “Expect More Privacy Challenges This Year,” discusses how we should expect 2016 to be another year of significant challenges in privacy.  Employers are going to continue to face mind boggling decisions from the NLRB forcing employers to choose between implementing policies to protect company and customer information or avoiding a claim of unlawful interference with employee concerted activity under the National Labor Relations Act.
