McGinnis to Present at Globalaw’s 2018 European Regional Meeting

Charlotte Privacy and Data Security Member Karin McGinnis will be speaking at Globalaw’s 2018 European Regional Meeting on April 19 in Rome, Italy. Her presentation will cover the challenges, opportunities and pitfalls of the General Data Protection Regulation, changing the legal framework of data privacy in the European Union and the data transfer to Non-EU Countries. McGinnis and other practitioners will also discuss data transfer and cross-border compliance issues from an international point of view and what happens when it all goes wrong.
