McGrath Article Published in Intelivert

Charlotte Litigation member Peter McGrath's article was published in Intelivert on March 17.  Intelivert interviewed 16 top legal experts on providing their readers with a list of critical information they should be aware of in the event they receive an OSHA citation.  McGrath's topic titled, "Establish Protocol for Response" discusses on how the time to respond to OSHA citations is limited, and because initial response (or failure to respond) to a citation can find an employer in the present or future actions, it is important to have in place in advance of any citation a protocol for response.
