McGrath Quoted in EHS Today

Charlotte Litigation Member Peter McGrath was quoted in EHS Today on Handling OSHA Citations the Right Way on April 7.  McGrath’s section titled, “Establish Protocol for Response,” discussed how important it is to have in place in advance of any citation protocol for response because the time to respond to OSHA citations is limited and because initial response (or failure to respond) to a citation can find an employer in the present or future actions.  To read the full article, click here.
