Member to be Honored at Beard Group Banquet

New Charlotte Bankruptcy Member Zach Smith was named a Turnarounds & Workouts 2013 “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” this past spring.  In conjunction with the award, Beard Group, publisher of Turnarounds & Workouts, will formally recognize Smith at an Honors Banquet in New York City on December 2.

The Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer Award recognizes 12 U.S. attorneys under the age of 40 who are leaders in the area of restructuring.  The honorees were selected based on their work on behalf of clients, as well as from nominations received from restructuring attorneys nationwide.
