Moore & Van Allen Represents Developer in NoDa Project Development

Revolve Residential, a boutique development firm based in Charlotte, is seeking the MUDD-O, or mixed-use development-optional, rezoning for a roughly 2.6-acre site in Charlotte’s North Davidson community. Along with Copper Builders, 505Design, ALB Architecture and LandDesign, Moore & Van Allen is representing Revolve in the rezoning process.

The development, Atlas Urban Homes, will primarily be three-story townhomes in the $500,000 price range. The project also includes workforce housing as part of the city's HouseCharlotte program, which provides down payment assistance to qualified homebuyers. Some existing buildings on the property will be repurposed into a mix of co-working, office and event space.

MVA Real Estate attorney Evan Bass is leading the project, with construction expected to begin in early 2019.
