Moore & Van Allen Team Implemented 100 percent ESOP Transaction
Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA) is pleased to announce that it served as counsel for the implementation of a 100% employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transaction at AME Consulting Engineers, PC.
“Mike Zeller and his team at MVA not only served as counsel, but also were an invaluable resource for AME’s leadership team with respect to the process and navigation of the ESOP transaction. I wouldn’t imagine attempting an ESOP without his team,” said Mike McGuire, president of AME Consulting Engineers, PC.
The team was led by Michael E. Zeller, co-head of the firm’s Global Services Group, and included members Alan J. Chadd, Robert (Rob) A. Fisher, Daniel (Danny) L. Johnson, Jr., and John A. Zaloom, senior counsel Beth Yount Grimes, and paralegal Sally Hentz. The transaction closed on July 31st, and Zeller conducted the employee rollout at AME’s new office space on August 20th.
