Moore & Van Allen announces new members

Moore & Van Allen announces three new members in our Charlotte office:

Hillary B. Crabtree practices in the areas of bankruptcy and corporate law, focusing primarily in the representation of corporate clients and lenders in corporate workouts, bankruptcies, secured lending transactions and general corporate law.

Brian S. Heslin is a member of the litigation team, concentrating his practice in the areas of energy law, regulatory compliance and investigations, general corporate litigation and white-collar criminal law.

Bradley T. Van Hoy practices in the area of estate and wealth planning, focusing primarily in taxation matters, gift and estate planning and charitable gifting.
