Public Affairs Managing Director Walter Price was quoted in the Charlotte Business Journal's article "Charlotte law firms expanding the scope," on January 4. The article discusses ways in which local law firms are expanding beyond standard service lines in order to better meet clients' needs and broaden client bases.

Price speaks to MVA's growing Public Affairs team, which provides seemingly non-traditional services such as event management and grassroots operations. “'You might ask why a law firm is getting into the event-management space,'” Price stated. “'More than a year ago, we recognized that there was a tremendous opportunity to do events and advocacy forums because of our understanding of what our clients need.'”
