Real Estate Member Quoted in Case Coverage

Charlotte Real Estate Member Jeff Brown was quoted in the Charlotte Business Journal on December 16, in the article “Residents pack meeting in opposition to south Charlotte apartment project.”  The piece covered a City Council meeting at which South Charlotte residents opposed to a proposed affordable-housing apartment project wore red shirts to represent their opposition. 

Brown represents the Charlotte Mecklenburg Housing Partnership in a rezoning request. “’We believe the project does fit with the guidelines for a project as set forth,’” he stated.
