Smith Authors Article on PR Municipal Situation

Bankruptcy Member Zach Smith was published by Law360 on June 4.  His article, “Puerto Rico’s Municipal Debt Landscape Continues to Evolve,” discusses certain legal questions that have emerged following the heightened media attention Puerto Rico’s municipal situation has received since last summer, and recent developments in the Puerto Rico legislative process.
