Smith Named American Bankruptcy Institute 2017 “40 Under 40” Honoree

Charlotte Bankruptcy Member and Team Leader Zach Smith was named by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) as a recipient of the ABI’s inaugural “40 Under 40” award. The ABI’s “40 Under 40” initiative recognizes 40 top restructuring industry professionals nationwide under the age of 40.  Honorees will be recognized at a special awards luncheon during ABI’s 2017 Winter Leadership Conference, taking place on November 30 through December 2 at La Quinta Resort & Club in Palm Springs, California.
