Taylor Participates in Panel Discussion
Charlotte Intellectual Property Member Todd Taylor participated in a panel discussion on October 21 at the American Bar Association’s 2016 Young Lawyers Division Fall Conference in Detroit, MI. The panel explored the ethical facets and litigation issues in both the domestic and international legal landscape that arise from today’s advanced technology (including the use of
cloud storage) in order to avoid litigation or, at a minimum, to be prepared for
future litigation and possible data breaches.
The American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (ABA YLD) is the home for young lawyers. With over 150,000 members and 300 affiliated groups, the ABA YLD is the largest young lawyer organization in the world.
