Wilson Quoted in Lawyers Weekly

Mark Wilson, a Member of Moore & Van Allen's Charlotte office Intellectual Property practice group, was recently quoted in a North Carolina Lawyers Weekly article entitled "Ethics Committee nixes lawyer’s Web marketing strategy." 

Wilson is quoted regarding trademark law issues that arise when a company purchases a competitor's name through Google's "AdWords."  The practice was deemed unethical by the North Carolina State Bar.
