Corporate and Global Services member Mike Zeller is one of four contributing authors in the book Structuring International M&A Deals: Leading Lawyers on Managing Mergers & Acquisitions in a Global Environment.

Structuring International M&A Deals was published in the spring of 2012, and is one title in Aspatore Books’ Inside the Minds series.  Zeller's chapter, which can be viewed in its entirety here, is entitled “Cautions and Considerations in International Mergers and Acquisitions.”
