Jamea A. Richardson

Jamea Richardson practices as Investigations Counsel on Moore & Van Allen’s Litigation team. She has more than 20 years of experience providing data analytics, legal strategy and workflow solutions in a variety of matters. She manages large scale projects across diverse industries as well as supports clients with matters facing various regulatory agencies. Jamea’s matters include regulatory investigations for financial institutions, cross-border data collection and product reviews of consumer sales practices for national financial institutions.

Jamea also has experience in the management of discovery and electronically stored information for integrated energy, environmental, pharmaceutical and product liability clients. She has consulted clients in all areas of the discovery life cycle including data retention, management and preservation, data collection, document review and document production with a focus on efficient and defensible discovery practices.
