Overview

Jennifer provides creative immigration solutions to domestic and multinational corporate clients across a variety of industries including entertainment, medical, bio and information technology, manufacturing, engineering, and advertising. Having handled nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, she helps employers meet business objectives, drive immigration compliance, and address global mobility needs.

Jennifer also guides clients on the development of immigration and global mobility policies, bringing a unique perspective as to how environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives play a key role in modern immigration and mobility programs.

Jennifer’s legal career began as a paralegal, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of immigration law through hands-on experience and meticulous attention to detail. Her journey from paralegal to attorney has equipped her with a unique perspective and a comprehensive grasp of both the procedural and strategic aspects of immigration cases.

Additionally, Jennifer assists victims of human trafficking secure T visas through Moore and Van Allen’s Human Trafficking Pro Bono Project.
