Overview
Madison is an associate in Moore & Van Allen’s Litigation group. Prior to joining the litigation team, Madison has also practiced on the firm's Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring group, where she represented banks, financial institutions, and corporate entities in restructuring and corporate bankruptcy matters. She brings this transactional and client experience to her representation on complex civil litigation matters and bankruptcy-related disputes.
Madison is active and engaged in pro bono activities with the firm, including the Human Trafficking Pro Bono project, Domestic Violence Pro Bono Project, and CSAM Pro Bono Project.
While attending law school, Madison was the Managing Editor for the Journal of Law and Technology and received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Legal Scholarship.
