Overview
As a member of the Investment Team, Teala focuses primarily on finance-related transactions within the areas of private equity, mezzanine finance, and venture capital. Her practice also includes the representation of equity investors in connection with buy-out, co-investment, and other mergers and acquisitions-related transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Teala attended the Wake Forest University School of Law where she was the founder and president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
